This course will show you that public speaking is like driving a vehicle full of passengers to their destination. Do not get carried away with the simplicity of that statement before you understand that the word “vehicle” is correlated to speech content, “passengers” is correlated to speech audience and “destination” to speech objective. The stage setting is the road being traveled and your speech delivery equates to your driving skill. Are you ready to take this journey? In this course you will learn To: - Overcome the six common psychological barriers - Speech Creating- You’ll learn about purpose, structure, and specific ideas to create speech elements such as an opening, context setting, key points, supporting points, etc. - Speech Delivery – you’ll learn every essential aspect of speech delivery such as eye contact, gestures, movement, stance, voice modulation and much more - Preparation Steps- you’ll learn strategies for connection, use of humor, venue setting, 20-step practice checklist and much more
